Tuesday Talk-Summer Dresses

Its getting warmer every day and I am SOOO here for it!!

I am not made for the cold weather, let me tell you that right now. Come Septemer when you hear me saying things like, “I’m so excited for this time of year!” ,or “Sweatshirt weather is my fave!”….Its all a lie people!! Its alll a lie!

I was born in the Summer and that will forever be my all time favorite season!!

I love the summer heat, the outdoor bbq’s, sitting pool side, the boardwalk, the beach fries, the lightning bugs, and the summer dresses!!

Its truly my favorite, So today I am joining in on the Tuesday Talk fun with Erika and Ashley to talk a little about my favorite Summer dresses!!

These dresses are all so affordable and there really is one for every summer event you may be invited to! I would even wear a few of these to the softball fields. 🙂

Starting with this fun tie dye dress! I was inspired to buy this by Natasha from Hello Happiness Blog. She is literally full of sunshine and smiles and I absolutely love her!! Her life is full of color and this dress is no exception.

This dress fits tts. I am wearing a Medium for reference and I believe Natasha is wearing a Small.

This dress is just $20 and also comes in a white and orange color way.

This dress is just $9! I absolutely love this simple dress .The possibilities with this one are ENDLESS!!

Accessorize with a belt to give it a little more shape, tie a jean jacket around the waist, throw it on with a baseball cap and sneakers! Its truly the perfect dress and such an incredible price!

This one is also available in many color options and fit tts. I am wearing the size medium.

This tee shirt dress is one that I could LIVE in this Summer! I did order a size up, and I feel like its a little big so I probably could have done with my true size medium.

I just feel like this is the perfect dress to pull on over your bathing suit, as a cover up. But it could also be dressed up with a nice belt and a pair of wedges!

This one comes in a two pack for under $20!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this fun dress!! I did order this one in a size up, so I am wearing the large. When I first pulled it out, I was super dissapointed. The material seemed so stiff to me. It looked HUGE and I “knew” immediately that it was going to look like I was wearing a tropical trash bag! 😉

But then, I put it on and I thought it was the cutest dang thing!!

It comes in a couple other colors and patterns as well, and honestly I think its adorable! You could give it some shape with a belt, but I don’t even think it needs that. And the stiff material didn’t bother me at all once it was on. Its not a super soft and cozy dress, but it was surprisingly comfortable. 🙂

Okay, next up are a few dresses from SHEIN. My daughter has ordered a few things from here in the past, but I didn’t think any of the items that I liked would be a good enough quality, and boy was I wrong!!

These dresses are all UNDER $20 and look like they would be so much more!

I absolutely love the colors in this first one, I think it is so cute for summer but would be such a great dress year round. The colors are perfect for that Fall season that I just talked so badly about 😉

This one was another favorite! It’s just $16, and the fit is so perfect.

I did size up in all of the SHEIN dresses. I do feel like their products run a bit small. So this is the size large and it fit like a glove.

And my third dress from SHEIN is this gorgeous red one! This one is just $15.

I think it is so pretty, I just picture walking around a vineyard in this one.

This fun Summer dress was inspired by Sara from Haute and Humid.

This dress is actually a swim coverup, but I think it would just be a perfect dress to wear out to dinner on Vacation this Summer.

I love the unique print and the fun color mixing. I think it is just such a fun dress!

This maxi dress is one of my all time favorites!

This is from the SCOOP brand at Walmart, so it is slightly higher in price then the others, but still very affordable at $32.

I love how versatile it is!

I loved that last maxi so much that I bought it in the black and white design as well!

I really love this one. I’m a sucker for black and white.

And last, one of my ABOSOLUTE favorites! {I know I say that about almost all of them} This green dress is soo good!! It is long sleeved so I know a lot of people wouldn’t love this for summer, but its very lightweight and I think it would be perfect for a cool Summer evening out on the town.

This is also from the Scoop brand at Walmart and I just really love it so much! I think its so simple yet makes such a statement.

I feel like they are just the easiest thing to throw on in the summer and they are just so pretty! You can feel comfy and dressed up all at once.

I’ll be taking care of my little guy today, whos not feeling well. And then doing all of the other typical running around and cleaning. Wouldn’t have it any other way….;) The say I’ll miss this some day…
